Finland's government has chosen two local digital asset service providers to act as brokers for its planned donation to Ukraine.

Custody provider Coinmotion and digital asset lender Tesseract were selected by the government, Finland's customs agency stated Thursday.

The plan is to give Coinmotion and Tesseract around 1,890 Bitcoin ($75 million) by early summer for them to sell.

Finland is planning to donate Bitcoin seized from criminal investigations to Ukraine.

Finland's Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister Annika Saariko confirmed this via her Facebook account.
